Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once a return has been authorised, the item must be returned and received by us within 14 days of authorisation.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all tags attached

  • Returned with all original packaging

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels and we will not reimburse return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, refunds can take between 7–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where a claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit.


Manufacturing & Finishing Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the manufacturing and embellishment process, the following are not considered faults or defects:

  • Loose threads

  • Minor glue residue

  • Slight variations in stitching

  • Minor differences in embellishment placement

  • Occasional loose stones or embellishments

  • Minor variations in colour caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings

These are common characteristics of handmade and embellished garments and do not affect the overall quality or wearability of the item.


Worn Items & Hygiene

Returns will not be accepted where items show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Perfume or fragrance

  • Makeup marks

  • Deodorant marks

  • Hair, fibres, or lint

  • Signs of washing

  • Any indication that the garment has been worn

Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.

If an item is rejected and the customer wishes to have it returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.


Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate.

Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the courier, customers should first contact the courier directly if they experience any issues with locating their parcel.

Where appropriate, we will assist customers in raising an investigation with the courier.


Uncollected or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • The parcel was not collected

  • Delivery was refused

Any refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return courier charges incurred by us


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to avoid delays.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that orders can be amended or cancelled once they have been placed.

Where a cancellation request is received before processing has commenced, we will endeavour to accommodate the request where possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or any other reason we consider necessary.

Where we cancel an order, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.


Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
